1. Log in to the Data Center 2. Click the menu that says CPA/State Festival 3. Click the pencil icon beside the group you wish to enter 4. Change the Festival Area from your region CPA to State 5. Verify the rest of your information. Correct as necessary. CAUTION!! Even though you select a Group Category the computer automatically assigns this based on the number of students you have entered in the GROUP. Entering incorrect numbers may result in the group being placed in the wrong category. This may result in the group being DISQUALIFIED from the event. (You MAY change your program from CPA as long as you meet the a cappella and required selection.) 6. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Save button 7. Click the Back to List button 8. Repeat with each group you wish to enter.

Rule 4.4.11 of the CPA/State Festival manual requires all directors who participate in the sight reading portion at CPA to sign a form indicating that he/she has read and understands the rules and procedures which govern the event. The form in the attachment below will be available in the sight reading room for you to sign when your first group reads. If you have multiple groups you will only need to sign the form once. The form may be duplicated as necessary.
